Unlike traditional static equalizers or broadband sidechain compressors, DNA Track Purifier utilizes a high-definition State-Variable Time-Preserving (TPT) filter network processing.
The plugin monitors your external sidechain input, maps its spectral intensity across surgical full-spectrum bands, and applies target suppression directly to the main input (dry) track.
By using a proprietary subtraction system instead of traditional bell-filter curves, the dynamic cuts are incredibly tight, keeping the surrounding frequency material intact and completely free of phase cancellation or unnatural artifacts.

Frequency masking is an auditory phenomenon where a louder, dominant sound obscures a quieter sound that occupies the same frequency range at the same time.
Our ears struggle to separate distinct signals when they crowd the same part of the spectrum. Instead of hearing two clean elements, the ear perceives a single, muddy, or undefined sound.

You would normally remove frequency masking by using tools like equalization (EQ), panning, or sidechain compression to separate competing sounds.
However, these tools usually take longer to use correctly and tend remove more frequency information than needed. -
Rather than turning down the entire volume of the target track, it dynamically carves out only the overlapping frequencies in real time.

The free version uses fixed lookahead, attack, release, and stereo centered processing, whereas the Pro allows better transient control with lookahead up to 10ms, and full temporal and spatial features.

DNA Track Purifier comes in two variants, the basic one, and the PRO one.
The basic one is free!
As the name implies, it includes basic functionality and it is effective for many applications but it doesn't include the advanced, more granular spatial and temporal controls.
The PRO variant is however very affordable, and gives you full control of your mix thanks to its advanced controls panel, which includes customizable lookahead, attack, and release parameters, as well as the selectable PAN or M/S operating mode.
